      Construction of Kiln
Entrepreneur women in the village help advance healthier and fuel-efficient cooking methods.
A group of women in the village of Dareda Kati produces fuel-efficient stoves, using a portion of their profits to support village orphans. They also train students who cannot attend secondary school in the production of stoves. But production was negligible because the women did not have a kiln to produce these fuel-efficient stoves, whose sales benefit not only the makers, but also the users by reducing the depletion of local forests and instances of smoky, toxic, dangerous open-fire cooking.
Benefits:
- Production of stoves tripled
