Providing safety and security at the Dareda Kati Health Center

 

To provide safe and secure space in and around the health center, Karimu is funding multiple small constructions:

1. A small oxygen building outside the other buildings will provide safety when filling oxygen tanks.

2. Outdoor sinks for handwashing will promote hygiene and fight disease transmission in the health center.

3. Covered and paved walkways will enable patients to easily travel across campus even during rainy and muddy conditions.

4. A security fence and gate will secure the premises, medications, equipment, patients, and staff.
