Improve sanitation

Karimu promised to provide an autoclave to all dispensaries. An autoclave is a machine that uses steam under pressure to kill harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores on items that are placed inside a pressure vessel, thus it sterilizes medical instruments and lab equipment. Unfortunately, the existing solar panel at Dohom, while providing light, does not produce enough electricity to support lighting, refrigeration, the hemoglobin machine, and the autoclave. Karimu is providing a solar panel to supply all the electricity needed for the machines at the dispensary.

With this, all dispensaries in Arri have electricity sufficient to manage basic needs.
